1.Overview
QL-MSAP1020 is A single-type multi-service SDH optical transmission system with high integration and exquisite structure. It provides two STM-1 group optical interface, which can realize the reuse of 63 E1, support 1 + 1 channel protection function and support interval service. It can be used as an upper and lower circuit multiplexer (ADM, Add-Drop-Multiplexer) or a terminal multiplexer (TM, Terminal Multiplexer) for forming a ring network, chain network and point-to-point network. The device can work in the following timing modes: main timing, group optical port timing, E1 interface timing, and external input timing.
The device supports the DCC management mode, which can be configured as a standard or non-standard mode. Support for embedded DCN or external DCN. Network management adopts Review management platform with C / S architecture, which is faster, and also supports command line (CLI) management based on serial interface and Ethernet management interface (TELNET)
2.Features
l Light line interface
Provide optical interfaces with 2 STM-1 rate levels
The nominal rate is set at 155.520Mb/s
All optical ports of the equipment use LC type SFP optical transceiver module, which supports hot plugging, in accordance with SFP MSA (INF-8074i) and ITU-T G. 957 STM-1, FC-PIV 2.0 and others
The transmission distance is 40 Km, 80 Km and 120 Km (except for optical modules purchased by users)
l E1 interface
Provide 63-road E1 line interface, 75 Ω non-balanced type, optional 120 Ω balanced type
E1 interface adopts DB37 connector and used with cable adapter
The time slot allocation is flexible, and the optical port time slot can be arbitrarily allocated in the 1st-63th route E1 physical interface
Support range business (i. e. 1 + 0 mode) applications
l The RS232 transparent channel
Provide 1 transparent channel with a maximum rate of 9.6 Kb/s and RJ 45 interface mode
l The top of the alarm
One emergency alarm interface (UALMO) and one non-emergency alarm interface (DALMO) are provided, and the connection mode is DB9 (master head)
Emergency alarm status indicates shielding non-emergency alarm status
l Protection switching
Support 1 + 1 channel automatic protection inversion function and manual protection inversion function, network management can be equipped
The protection reversal time is less than 50ms
l Equipment timing
Work in timing modes such as free operation, optical port line timing (T11, T12), external synchronization timing (T31, T32), E1 line timing (T21); provide external synchronization output timing (T41, T42)
2 external synchronous timing reference is input from ETS 1 (T31), ETS 2 (T32), and the interface mode is RJ 45. 2.048 Mb/s, supports the synchronization status message (SSM) function
The E1 line timing (T21) reference can be entered from the 1st-6 3rd route E1 physical interface. Support for the 2.048 Mb/s (business flow) type

Support ALS function, can be configured for long and short interval mode
Provide three optical line time slot configurations, no need to adjust the time slot when communicating with other SDH equipment
l Network elements and network management
Provide Serial management interface (CONSOLE) and Ethernet management interface (EMU), the connector adopts RJ 45;
Provide CLI and network management platform (Rayview) management mode with client / server (C / S) architecture. CLI management mode can use CONSOL or Ethernet management interface (TELNET login), only support the separate management of the device, cannot
manage other network elements in the network; while the network management platform management mode uses Ethernet management interface, support SNMP protocol (V1 and V2C compatible), can realize the management of all network elements in the network
Provide resources, security, alarm, performance, configuration and other five management functions
The data management channel supports DCC standard mode (D1, D2, D3 bytes) and DCC non-standard (D6, D7, D8 bytes).
The data management channel can also be transmitted through embedded DCN (occupying a VC12) or external network management expansion port (occupying an E1) to realize unified network management in different places
Network management platform equipment provides management information backup and restore, and at the same time has strong compatibility ability, can form a chain, star, ring and multi-ring with other SDH equipment (such as RS7000, RS3000, RS1010) tangent network.

3.Networking application
QL-MSAP1020 can be used as both TM equipment and ADM device, with flexible networking application; supporting point-to-point, chain network, star network and ring network. When forming the ring network, support the 1 + 1 channel protection reversal.
