Product Overview

The QL-MESH202-A2W10 manpack base station ad-hoc network device is mobile and flexible. It can be carried on the back to reduce additional weight or fixed as a temporary relay base station. Upon powering on, it automatically establishes network links without needing additional configuration. Each manpack node can function simultaneously as a data collection node, relay node, and data output node, without needing a central node to relay data. The network structure dynamically adjusts to environmental changes, meeting the demands of various scenarios.

In unobstructed environments, the device can achieve a transmission range of up to 15 km (ground-to-ground line of sight) or more than 100-150 km (air-to-ground line of sight). Even in heavily obstructed environments, it maintains high data transmission. With a military-grade design, it is effectively applied in various harsh environments.

This manpack base station ad-hoc network radio uses an FPGA platform, COFDM technology, and mobile Ad hoc network technology, without relying on any basic communication infrastructure. It can rapidly and dynamically establish a temporary wireless IP MESH network, with features of self-organization, self-recovery, and high survivability, supporting multi-hop transmission for multimedia services like data, voice, and video.

Ø The manpack radio is suitable for individual soldier carrying or as a relay node.

Ø Communication waveform: Default is Waveform A (64 nodes, 65Mbps @10MHz), with optional A, B, C, and D waveforms.

Ø Form factor number: The form factors are numbered 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, with the manpack radio being number 2.

Ø Operating frequency band: Optional 500-680MHz, center frequency at 600MHz or 1300-1500MHz, center frequency at 1400MHz.

Ø Expandable license: Adaptive frequency selection/frequency hopping/interference defense/spatial time division multiplexing (paid features, licensed as needed).
