Nanjing, China – July 27, 2026 – Jiangsu Qianlue Information Technology Co., Ltd., a high-tech enterprise focusing on communication system integration and power IoT infrastructure development, today announced the official launch of its self-developed TS-PON Multi-Service Aggregation Transmission System. Built on enhanced GPON time division multiplexing architecture and deeply customized for industrial scenarios, the new solution integrates high-precision time slot scheduling, full-network clock synchronization, hardware-isolated bandwidth slicing and industrial protocol adaptation technologies. It effectively addresses prominent drawbacks of traditional Ethernet and conventional PON networks including excessive latency jitter, service contention and insufficient real-time performance, delivering a highly reliable, low-latency anti-interference all-optical access solution tailored for industrial control, power private networks, intelligent surveillance, rail transit and field IoT collection scenarios.
Proprietary TS-PON Architecture Enables Deterministic Low-Latency Transmission
TS-PON (Time Slotted Passive Optical Network) redefines the working mechanism of traditional broadband PON by assigning exclusive uplink time slots to each remote terminal node through precise time synchronization scheduling, eliminating data collision fundamentally. The end-to-end transmission latency is steadily controlled within 2ms, supporting microsecond-level forwarding performance to fully meet the stringent latency requirements of power dispatching commands and closed-loop industrial control.
Adopting a standardized two-layer network topology consisting of central ROOT aggregation equipment, field NODE terminals and passive ODN optical distribution network, the system supports flexible tree and chain hybrid networking: one central chassis accommodates up to 8 PON line cards, enabling access to a maximum of 128 remote NODE terminals. Each PON port connects 16 field nodes with a standard transmission distance of 20km; via node cascading relay, the farthest coverage can reach 120km. With cascaded 1:2/1:8/1:16 optical splitters, up to 16 nodes can be deployed in series. The passive optical architecture drastically reduces active equipment layers, simplifies cabling, cuts room deployment costs and facilitates flexible capacity expansion. Leveraging the inherent electromagnetic interference resistance and lightning protection properties of optical fiber, the system operates stably under harsh environments with strong electromagnetic disturbance, thunderstorms and extreme temperatures.
Multi-Service Converged Bearing for Diverse Industrial Access Demands
Equipped with refined QoS priority scheduling and TDM physical service isolation, TS-PON supports parallel transmission of three major service categories:
HD Video Surveillance: Built-in multiple Fast Ethernet ports seamlessly connect IP cameras. VLAN isolation and guaranteed bandwidth ensure smooth streaming of multi-channel surveillance video without stuttering;
Legacy Serial Industrial Data: Integrated serial protocol conversion module encapsulates TTL/RS serial data into IP packets for transparent transmission. Independent communication parameters can be configured for each serial channel, facilitating digital upgrading of legacy industrial equipment;
Real-Time Industrial & Power Control: Dedicated highest-priority transmission channels are allocated for control signals to avoid bandwidth preemption by video traffic, guaranteeing lossless and low-delay delivery of industrial instructions.
Three bandwidth allocation modes (CIR fixed bandwidth, CIR+PIR assured bandwidth, best-effort bandwidth) are available to balance critical service reliability and general traffic efficiency. The system can be smoothly upgraded up to 10Gbps to accommodate growing business bandwidth demands in the long run.
Comprehensive Reliability Mechanisms & Simplified Lifecycle O&M
To satisfy industrial-grade reliability standards, Qianlue built multi-dimensional redundancy protection for links, networking and hardware: • 1+1 Dual Link Hot Backup: Millisecond-level automatic failover between primary and standby physical links with zero service interruption and no data packet loss; • Intelligent Ring Network Self-Healing: Supports dual redundant PON ports and uplink link aggregation, enabling rapid link reconstruction upon ring network failures for enhanced network survivability; • Full-Field Optical Link Diagnosis: The central platform monitors real-time optical power, link attenuation, bit error rate and transmission distance of all terminals, automatically alerting fiber aging and line faults with accurate fault location to eliminate tedious on-site manual inspection; • Centralized Remote Network Management: Administrators can remotely configure terminals, upgrade firmware and monitor device status via Web GUI, CLI, Telnet, SSH and SNMP v2c/v3, drastically reducing on-site maintenance workload for field sites.
The hardware is optimized for outdoor deployment: The 3U rack-mount ROOT device supports optional redundant AC power supply with power consumption ≤30W. Compact NODE terminals support DIN rail and wall mounting, consuming only ≤5W with optional PoE power supply compatible with solar power systems. With an operating temperature range of -20℃ ~ 70℃ and IP30 protection grade, terminals deliver 24/7 stable operation under extreme climatic conditions.
